Should I get the 3DS or Playstation Vita?

Alright I need help. I would love a 3DS because of the strong titles it is going to get such as Luigi's Mansion 2, Paper Mario, and Super Mario 3D, and other future titles. I would however like a PS Vita since all of the amazing features such as 3G, Wifi, GPS, OLED Screen, Analog Sticks, Two touch Screens, 2 Cameras, but the Playstation Vita lacks some titles. Which Should I get
