Are Jews related to the Sumerians in any way?

Of course. They're all part of the Semitic peoples in the ancient Middle East. They traded with each other a lot and has a lot of cultural interaction (just look at the similarities between the Gilgamesh flood myth and the story of Noah's Ark), it's only natural there would be some genetic similarities.
