Whoever has gotten waluigi in super mario 64 on ds?

i heard that there was rumors going around that you could get waluigi in super mario 64 on ds and others say they had unlocked him in a certain way does anyone know a way to get him .... i want somebody who knows exactly how to do it if its realy possible...... not luigi ,,,,waluigi
