Why did Sumerian Records and Asking Alexandria have just discarded the song ''Make You Scream'' from Reck&less?

i wanna point this out because they said before that the new album Reckless and Relentless was going to contain 13 new songs but lately they said 12 new songs. So my question is: Have they discarded that song ''Make You Scream'', or was it a joke to put it on the track listing before used only for commercial purposes. Or have someone stolen that song??? hmmmmm....................respond please if u know something!!
