In Quran Allah say prophet Noah lived 950 years?

When we look at the sumerian tablets we see that early kings rule tens of thousands years .the kings living in later times rule 500 years and the last kings rule 10-15 years.But the kings that live after flood rule about 1000 years which is very close to prophet Noah's lifespan.What do all these things mean
